We have raised Dexter cattle the last 4 years and have harvested for sale and personal use.  Among the heritage breeds of cattle, the Dexter placed 3rd in a blind taste test, and from our experience it lives up to this reputation.

Being a smaller breed, the cuts from a Dexter are also a little smaller and make it an ideal cow to buy quarter, halves, or a whole beef for your freezer.  You get to decide the type and thickness of your cuts.

We use no hormones or antibiotics on our cattle.
